Having great batteries is all well and good. But as any assistant will tell you, it’s all about the kit. The accessories make the kit even better.
I have packaged up each kit to be assistant and production friendly.
Two cases contain everything you need to power a film camera for an entire shoot day.
Each kit contains:
4 Batteries. This is enough to get you through the longest shoot day. Most times only two or three batteries are used. But isn’t it nice to know that there is a fourth one there... just in case.
2 Chargers. Each charger can charge four batteries at a time. Why then two chargers?!?! Redundancy. If you are away in the middle of nowhere and you somehow manage to blow up a charger... there is a back up. This is just pedantic camera assistant paranoia. No one has managed to damage a charger yet. But... again... just in case.
Cables. Cables can be wired differently by different rental houses for different cameras and batteries. This can cause confusion. I supply all of the cables needed to run the camera.
Each kit has all of the cables needed, including adaptors to plug into hot heads and cranes. I even include a 20’ extension cable.
Weather Bags. Insulated snow/rain bags are provided. Please use them. They will make shooting on the snow a stress free experience.
Backup and support. If you somehow manage to damage a battery, or drop it in the lake... I have spares available. My cell number is printed on every battery. Call me anytime.
